PE Workout of the Day

It is vital that we all stay active during this time, for physical and mental health benefits. We have now been instructed to stay indoors apart from a small list of acceptable reasons. You are permitted to be outside once a day to gain some exercise; walk, run, ride, scoot etc. provided you do this with your household only. Please keep within these guidelines so that you are keeping yourself and the rest of our community safe.

Joe Wicks has very kindly offered his services to be the Nation's PE teacher at this time of need, as he recognises the need for activity. Please use the link below to access his Youtube Channel, where every day at 9am he will be posting a workout to complete. Getting up, dressed and active everyday will greatly help during this time of isolation. 

Also, keep an eye on my Instagram account @mrbutlerpe where I will be setting plenty of fitness challenges for you to compete against, and I would love to see all your workouts if you want to send anything to my email address, hbutler@tas-tkat.org.
